We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Store Manager who thrives on energy, loves the chase of a sale, and genuinely believes in building confident, high performing teams. You lead from the front, take pride in supporting and developing others, and are driven to create an exceptional, confidence building customer experience.

Supporting your Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store. You’ll be hands-on, fast paced and dynamic—no two days are the same—but every day is about creating a space where customers feel seen, supported and fabulous. You’ll step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence and be a true role model on the floor.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will:

• Drive sales results by delivering inspiring, confidence building customer experiences alongside your team
• Build strong customer loyalty through authentic connection and styling expertise
• Support, motivate and empower the team to achieve sales, ACS and conversion KPIs
• Coach and develop team members on the floor to build capability and confidence
• Assist in managing store performance including sales, wage control and productivity
• Bring the City Chic look to life through consistent and high impact visual merchandising standards
• Support inventory management and proactive loss prevention activities
• Champion a safe, positive store environment by role modelling health and safety standards

Who You Are

You are energetic, confident and lead with heart, bringing a true world of Curves to life through warmth, authenticity and passion. Deeply committed to fashion, fit and making women feel confident in their curves, you are a strong support partner to your Store Manager and a natural leader on the floor.

You will also bring:

• 1+ years experience in a retail leadership role (Supervisor or Assistant Manager)
• Strong leadership capability with a passion for developing others
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs and how to influence them
• A genuine love for retail, styling and curve fashion
• Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with both customers and team
• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong initiative
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for merchandising and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
